Kaitlynn's weekly email for the week ending June 22, 2026, written from Punta Arenas during her HLV term (this is the email she said on the June 22 calls had taken seven hours to send because it would not go through). Highlights: a long but fun few weeks; a return visit to Coyhaique where a canceled plane turned a three-day trip into four and she had lunch with Carlos and Victoria; and being back in Punta Arenas a year after she first served there. The "Lil thought" is on gratitude: she had been stuck in a rut, negative about herself and everything around her, unable to see God's hand and turning prideful, until her companion, her parents, and Jesus lifted her out; her invitation is to choose to see the good. Hello my friendsssss

Happy father's day to all of the papas out there!

And thank you to all of you who have sent emails! I love hearing from you all!

Highlights-

☆ super long but fun few weeks! ☆ got to visit Coyhaique (chilean park city) again side note - our plane got canceled and so we actually got to be in coyhaique for 4 days instead of 3 ((God knows me so well)) ☆ visited carlos and victoria and had lunch with them ☆ back in punta arenas (and a year later 🥲)

Lil thought ♡ Sean agreadecidos! Be grateful! God has blessed us with so much and when we live life with a glass half full perspective everything is better,

This past little bit i got stuck in a rut and was very negative about myself and everything around me. I couldn't see all the amazing things i have been blessed with, my vision was blinded to God's hand in my life, and without being able to see the good I started thinking and acting very prideful.

But luckily i have an amazong comp, wonderful parents, and an all powerful bestie (His name is Jesus) who helped and uplifted me !

CHOOSE to see the good in everything, and everything will change.

Coyhaique trip length discrepancy. Here she writes the canceled flight made it "4 days instead of 3." On the June 22 calls and in the 2026-06-15_coyhaique-aysen-hlv-blitz event note the same trip is described as running five days (Monday-Friday). Her own accounts of the length vary; the email is preserved as written.
