Two weeks after the green-bean-casserole speech, Kaitlynn restated the same framework with new specifics, now applied to her own HLV calling. Near-verbatim from the Memorial Day call: "The reason I am here is not because I am better. The reason I am here is not because I am more qualified. There is no qualification, and it's just because God wanted to pick me for something that I needed to learn most likely." 2026-06-08 - Applied against the APs ("they're not overlords")

Third occurrence in her own voice, now turned outward as a corrective to leaders she sees as arrogant. On the June 8 evening call, defending President Mackay's permission for her to drive over the APs' objection, Kaitlynn said the APs "have no control over me and they can't tell me no, because in the church, your calling does not mean that you are higher above someone else than another." Kristi added, "they're not overlords." Kaitlynn tied it to Mackay being "all about making the women in the church feel equal to the men, because there feels to be like this imbalance sometimes because the men have the priesthood," and predicted he would approve her driving with "if they can, why can't you?" Background - upstream teachings from Jason

The signature phrase of Kaitlynn's framework ("Whom the Lord calls, the Lord qualifies") was taught to her by Jason in two extended letters during her training-trainer and zone-leader transitions, well before she articulated it as her own framework in May 2026. Jason's "Good morning" letter on her first morning training Hermana Juncker in Coyhaique gave her the doctrine in compact form:

Jason's "You got this" letter at the start of her zone-leader role extended the doctrine with Neal A. Maxwell's three-step:

"God does not begin by asking us about our ability, but only about our availability, and if we then prove our dependability, he will increase our capability."

Coyhaique Miracles

The framing Kaitlynn used for her Coyhaique transfer (Dec 2025 – Mar 2026) from her first week onward: this is "the land of miracles." Hermanas had not served in Coyhaique for ~8 years before Kaitlynn and Juncker pink-washed the sector. Kaitlynn arrived at a reframe of the word leadership itself, attributed to a prophet's talk she had been reading: "It made me think of the word leadership different or leader different. The reason I'm in leadership, the reason I am a leader is not so I can lead other people, but so God can lead me. In my mind, that's what leadership means. It's not me above everybody, it's God above me." A theme that first surfaced softly on the March 2, 2026 casual call ("I'm just a side character, not the cool captain"), then emerged sharply across Kaitlynn's April 20, 2026 morning and evening calls: the strain of serving as hermana líder (zone leader) when the zone has no energy, a struggling companionship is in a sector everyone agrees is dangerous, and the local elder leadership dismisses the danger and tells the hermanas to "man up." Kaitlynn felt insecure about her work as a leader, didn't think she knew what she was doing, and didn't know what more she could do.
